Some essential oils are not recommended for use in certain conditions.

Home Use- cinnamon, clove, hyssop, and sage

Pregnancy- basil, clove, cinnamon, fennel,
hyssop, juniper, marjoram, myrrh, peppermint, rosemary, sage, and white thyme

Steam Facials- bay, clary
sage, ginger, juniper, pine, and tea tree
·
Photosynthesizing- lemon, bergamot, lime, and
orange. Do not go out into the sun for at least two hours after applying
these oils to your skin.

- 2 oz. base / carrier oil
(preference is jojoba)
- 8 drops clove bud
essential oil
- 7 drops ginger essential
oil
- 5 drops lavender
essential oil
- 5 drops eucalyptus
essential oil
PREPARATION:
- Blend
oils in a dark glass dropper bottle.
- Swirl
to mix.
- Apply
to sore muscle areas and massage in as needed.
- If
this blend is a bit strong for your needs, reduce essential oils by one or
two drops each.
- Jojoba
oil is the preferred base due to the fast absorbency.
