Many people today suffer from depression
and either turn to medications that chemically alter
the brain, or just try to tough it out. The trouble is depression can go on for
years, in fact for an entire lifetime. We don’t want to discourage anyone on
medication to throw it out, but we would recommend talking to a natural healer
about possibly trying some essential oils. If you are mildly depressed it might
be worth it to try some of the oils after careful study and the assurance that
you’re getting a pure essence.
